The Heart Behind She Builds Management& Remodel

Construction has always felt like home to me. I grew up spending my summers on a shipyard with my grandfather, who ran a scaffolding company. I used to file papers in his office and pretend I was the boss. On his desk sat a plaque that said, “Cause I’m the boss!” I guess he passed that on, because by the time I was six, I already knew what I wanted to do with my life. Check me out now, Grandpa!
Over the past 15 years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across many different sub-specialties including HVAC, electrical, and drywall in both commercial and residential. Those 15 years gave me a deep understanding of both the art and the business of construction, and after moving back to Maryland from Seattle in 2021, and working with several smaller companies, I quickly realized there was a need for strong project management, organized administrative support, and solid back-end structure. That realization inspired me to start She Builds Management & Remodel, a woman-owned project management and remodeling firm based in Maryland, built on communication, organization, integrity, and trust.
As a proud Marylander, I have a deep love for the charm of the farmhouse and colonial-style homes that fill our communities, but I also appreciate the beauty and innovation of modern design. My goal is to blend timeless craftsmanship with fresh ideas that reflect each client’s unique personality and vision.
Being bilingual has allowed me to connect with a broader network of skilled professionals and clients, strengthening collaboration and understanding on every project and at every level. I truly believe that lasting relationships built on honesty, reliability, and respect; along with a trusted network of talented craftsman, are the foundation of a successful build. And that success has to be based upon the project owner’s level of satisfaction. At the end of the day, nothing else matters.
I’m proud to bring this balance of passion, precision, and purpose to every project throughout the DMV.
